Empowerment is the key idea that flows through our values, work and relationships. Over the years we've learned that in the start-up business

you've got to be lean. By relying on only a few values it makes solving problems happen fluidly without having to create a set of rigid rules. Our values shape our process, methods and culture and play an important role in our success.
