Mr. Robert is our creative director and a natural-born illustrator. He's here to make sure ZURB's design standards remain epic and the good design juices flow consistently around the office. Robert is one of our cornerstones and has seven years of experience in illustration, visual design and site layouts.

Growing up in Texas, it's not surprising that Robert has a knack for sharp and simple design. He's been around sources of inspiration since he was very young, as son of a commercial artist. He graduated from Cogswell Polytechnical College where he studied digital imaging, 3D design and color theory. He developed a "Texas work ethic" from working jobs laying tile and managing a department at Tower Records.

Rob's other passions include music and food. He's a talented DJ, constantly searching for that new sound and is always happy to share his massive iTunes library with the rest of us. More importantly, his music inspires him to push his skills. There are very few foods Robert doesn't have an appetite for, and he's always willing to try something new. (Except maybe Sea Urchin).
