The Aha moment is really the moment of truth; it's the moment that the idea or the process or the situation really 'clicks' in someone's head and you can sense that the proverbial lightbulb is no longer flickering, but is shining strong. For your clients, it's the point in the strategy meeting when you verbalize your plan, and your client gets this look of excitement and recognition on her face--at that moment, she's seen the future and it is exactly as you describe it--or even better!

For brainstorming teams, it's the time when someone shouts out an idea that everyone else in the room immediately recognizes as brilliant, re-energizing the process and setting off a chain reaction of creativity and innovation.

For customers visiting your web site, it's the feeling that they get when they realize that you offer exactly what they've been searching for. But customers can't reach that Aha moment if even one aspect of your site doesn't jibe with the others--something as seemingly innocuous as the ability to find a company telephone number can quickly move the Aha moment to just an 'Oh' moment.

See It in Action

Need a short timeline project where use of a project manager would have slowed up the process.

We've found that there's nothing like being immersed in the process to help folks understand design strategy.
