At ZURB, we have a small, close-knit team and we like it that way. You would think that means we don't have job openings very often, but on the contrary, we're always looking for great talent that can build great things. You see, at ZURB we have a unique talent philosophy: we hire people, not roles.

We have a great culture here that allows us to work and learn in a collaborative environment. We value each of our team members and we work with each other to solve problems and create great things.
We even have a great atmosphere at the office. We have food, fresh fruit and drinks on hand, and on any given day a ZURBall fight could break out resulting in the occasional broken glass or lamp casualty. Our office has an open layout (no cubicles here!) supplemented by five break-out rooms where we hold brainstorms, client meetings, conference calls, scrums, etc.
