ZURB's original mid-westerner, Bryan grew up in Minnesota but came to California in order attend Stanford University. After doing something involving books and lectures, he graduated with a degree in product design. He earned a job at Skyline, inventing toys for children. Bryan continued to perfect his tinkering and creative process and went on to found ZURB in 1998.
