Mark is our visual designer and front-end coder, meaning he turns inspired designs and concepts into functioning, standards based web sites. He's developed a natural eye for site layout using that patented "Mark D. Otto" grid system.

Mark is a self-described mid-western nerd, hailing from the Cheese state of Wisconsin. Son of a software developer, he's grown up with sticks of memory for toys instead of Legos. Mark's experience as a line chef prepared him to work in a high tension, fast paced work environment.

Around the office, Mark marvels at his 30" Apple HD Cinema Display and enjoys spacing out to his mellow and often quirky iTunes library. He likes to read about what's happening on the Web and perfect his cooking skills. He's lobbying ZURB Corporate to install a flat-iron grill in our kitchen. He even has his own spatula!
